We are a recently founded, internationally oriented group conducting fundamental research on electrostatics, ionic transport and electron transfer in liquid, and simultaneously exploring new concepts for fluidic technologies based on this new understanding. Our main research lines at the moment include double-layer structure, electrochemical nanofluidics, and high frequency CMOS-based nanosensors. We are embedded in the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology with access to the latter's world-class cleanroom facilities.
