Advanced Glazing (especially electrochromics with Energy and thermal efficiency, Life Cycle Analysis , Dissemination)

Description

The person will be key member of the research team of the project COOL-NANO (funded by the Hellenic “ARISTEIA” Programme of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology, Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs (Co-financed from Greece and European Union). Experimental work will be conducted in the Department of Environmental & Natural Resources Management (located at the city of Agrinio), University of Patras

Postdoctoral Researcher
Participate in the experimental and data analysis work which will include: WP3.3 Energy and thermal efficienct WP4.1 Life cycle analysis WP5.1 Results dissemination

Deliverables: Guide of energy efficiency of advanced glazings, technical reports, publications, and results dissemination

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have proven accomplishments and a keen research interest in the above area. A Ph.D. degree from a recognized institution/University in the above subject, a M.Sc. degree from a recognized institution/University in a relevant subject and a B.Sc. in Engineering or Physics or Environment; excellent knowledge of the English language and excellent communication skills proved by detailed list of publications.
The duration with approximate gross monthly funding of 1824 euro is for 8.333 months, starting at 15/1/2014.
