Currently seeking Ph.D. candidates in our Nanosolar Division. Ours is one of the first Centres for Excellence for Solar Energy under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. The Center is also funded by a Centre grant from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), the Government of India, under India's Nanomission, and another Centre Grant from NATAG, DST. 

The candidate will be required to work in developing state-of-the-art technologies for thin film-based nanostructured energy storage devices. Applicants should have an M.Sc./M.Tech. degree with first class in either Physics/Chemistry /Materials Science/Electronics Engineering. The proposed start date is Jan 1, 2011.
