Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.
There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Within the framework of the Portuguese National Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Network (PTNMR) the Centro de Química da Madeira (CQM), is seeking for a Manager of Science and Technology (M/F), holding a PhD in Chemistry (or related fields) with NMR experience, to be responsible for the technical maintenance of a 400MHz NMR equipment, analytical services, teaching and research. The offered position is ideal for PhDs with strong NMR experience and interest in the field of Natural Products and/or Materials.
Salary: in the range 1495 -1995 €/month plus a personal accident insurance
Additional support will be provided, including office and laboratory space, plus access to the National Networks of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Mass Spectrometry and Nanotechnology.
The right candidate will also be given the opportunity to participate in national/international scientific conferences as well as in the research projects under development at CQM.
Candidate Profile: PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Materials Sciences or related areas.
