A PhD position is available in Tomer Kalisky’s lab at the department of bioengineering in Bar-Ilan University.

Our lab studies single cell genomics, with applications to stem cell biology, tissue regeneration, and cancer. We use a combination of high throughput single cell technologies such as microfluidic single cell qPCR and RNA sequencing to study gene expression in hundreds of individual cells.

Research involves both experiments and computational data analysis.

Qualifications:

 A recent BSc/MSc in computational biology, physics,

engineering, or other relevant fields.

 Strong computational background.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

 Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
