Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics or Physical Chemistry/ M.Tech in Nanotechnology with minimum 55 %. Desirable : experience, if any Nano-material synthesis, Device Physics, Transistor, gas sensor, Supercapacitor, Graphene analogues of layered materials

No. of Post : 01

Pay Scale : Rs. 16,000/-

Age Limit : 28 years
