Nano Electronics for Medical Diagnostics - Southampton, United Kingdom

The nano group (www.nano.ecs.soton.ac.uk/) in Electronics and Computer Science , University of Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate for a PhD project to develop nano electronic diagnostic systems. The specific project will depend on the interests of the candidate. He/she will have opportunities to interact with colleagues from within the Institute for Life Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine. The University host a state of the art nanofabrication centre (www.southampton-nanofab.com/) and the candidate will have full access to these facilities.

Due to funding restrictions, the studentship is fully funded for three years for a UK/EU student.
