We are working for the European Nanocom project. NanoCom is a coordinated action funded by the European Commission under the FP7 NMP programme. FP7 NMP-2009-1.2-5 Best practices to lower the barriers for commercialisation of nanotechnology research

We are contacting you as a possible key relevant organization (KRO) in nanotechnology. We are looking for KROs who are working on/developed emerging Nanotechnologies ( in the very early stage) and pursue rapid commercialization of their innovative nanotechnology driven products with the financial involvement of an investor.
The NanoCom coordinated action aims to contribute towards bridging the gap between lab based and commercial/ industrial applications in nanotechnology.
· Barriers of commercialization: identifying & creating new ways to lower
· Best practices in commercialization: identifying & promoting
· Open innovation: new, nano specific approach
· Road mapping, policy and investment advise
· Commercialization oriented forum
The planning is to have all interested KROs identified as soon as possible by 31st of May 2011.
