The 21st century is the century of precision. we have achieved a lot of breakthrough for the welfare of mankind. we are now capable enough to guide a machine to its destination, right from its to production, trajectory, and towards its target.

But at the same time we are not able to add precision towards the demographic asset. The youth of most of the countries are without aim and target. They are diverted towards anti- social activities.There talent has been misused by vested intererst groups.

The policy maker, civil society , and the international community have fallen short of their responsibilities.
They are least bothered about their future generations and have least time to think about such grave issue. They make only fasle promises which are never kept.

I would like to request the scientific community to provide panacea through their genius cerebral accumen and supreme cognitive abilities so as to bring precision and control in the psyche of
these misguided youth.
