Significant New Use Rules on Certain Chemical Substances

Effective as of 4 December 2012, the manufacturing ban affects workers, contract manufacturers, importers, exporters, processors, transporters, distributors, storers, disposers, records keepers, and company successors.

Copy pertinent to the PreManufacture Notice No. P-06-0149 re the prohibition on synthesised, nano-scaled K Ti O substances {CAS number: 12673-69-7} is not readily available to the public. Redacted, sanitised versions of the submitting company's {Itochu Chemicals America, Inc.} Initial Review Engineering Report and Structure Team Activity Team Report can, however, be directly downloaded as pdfs via the link provided above.
