This is an exciting opportunity in our research laboratory.

You will be in charge of a team that is developing novel bioconjugation technologies for creating biomolecules/particles/drugs… conjugates.

You will plan, design and perform research on our main bioconjugation project and the new projects that will come.

You will probably have a biochemistry PhD (or related Chemistry or Biology field; or an equivalent combination of education/experience), with 2-5 year’s experience in a chemistry postdoctoral research-related occupation (industrial environment will be a plus).

You will have knowledge of chemistry, bioconjugation, surface immobilization, chemical modification of biomolecules, development of immunoreagents and/or nanoparticle-based assays, and particle characterization.

Experience in the final applications of the conjugates (immunochemistry, blotting, flow cytometry, ELISA, biosensing…) will be a plus. Knowledge of labeling techniques is highly desirable.

Hands-on attitude and an innovative approach to problem solving.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams are essential.

Creative and energetic chemist who can work in a multidisciplinary environment using chemical approaches to design and develop chemistry and conjugation methods.

Welcome - about us

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.

There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Nanopaprika is always looking for new partners, if you have any idea, contact me at
