Assam University, invites applications for the post of JRF
Project Title : Nanoassisted C60-pyrimidone derivatives : their Synthesis, characterization, neuroprotective, and antiviral Activities
Qualification : M. Sc/ M.Tech/ M Pharm (above 55%) in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Chemical Eengineering/ Nanotechnology/ Pharmaceuticals. Some background in Organic Chemistry is preferred.
Department : Chemistry
Pay Scale : INR 16,000/- + HRA for the said period, applicable only if JRF is NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualified, otherwise it shall be INR 12,000/- +HRA only.
The applications will be entertained till the 10th of June, 2014. Short listed candidates will be called for an interview on the 02nd of July, 2014.
Assam University came into existence through Assam (Central) University Act, 1989 . It was established in 1994,since then the University is steadily becoming an excellent centre of learning.
