Graphene gets hotter !

When light falls on geaphene, it generates hot  carriers that generate photocurrent - a phenomenon completely different from semiconductors.


GRAPHENE..wonderlady.... has again amazed the researchers by its new wonder of photocurrent generation..

From one atomic sheet to domain of cosmic kingdom (Nobel Prize in Physics -2011)

Is it a correlation ? I do not think so,  as both the discoveries have thrilled the mankind.

I am talking about the discoveries of Graphene and evidence of accelerating expansion of our universe

Graphene won the Nobel Prize in Physics (2010) and this year it is accelerating expansion of universe (2011).

It is mere a coincidence that two extreme ends of length scale, one…

Graphene's future in business !

Graphene Rush has been compared with 1848 California Gold Rush ! This is very much true as Nobel prize to Graphene inventors in 2010 was quite fast and which is worth and then involvement of world scientists in an exploding and exponential way. This can be estimated by the number of publications giving thrust on the efficient and cheap synthesis and application of Graphene - The Wonder Lady !
