Wasserstoffbrückenbildende Flüssigkeiten zeigen in nanoskopisch eingeschränkten Geometrien ein unterschiedliches Verhalten als in makroskopischen Systemen. Obwohl die besondere Eigenschaften von Flüssigkeiten im Confinement von großer Bedeutung in vielen aktuellen Forschungsbereichen sind (z.B.
