Dear kritish,
Such a silly question.
Almost all the universities which have materials science/expt.condensed matter physics groups offer ph. d. in nano tech.
The Department of Physics, Sree Sevugan Annamalai College, Devakottai Tamilnadu, India has started a research centre which is recognized as Approved Research Centre of Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu, India and is starting M.Sc Physics, M.Phil Physics and Ph.D Physics with Nano Science & Nanotechnology as option in the year 2012-13.-630303,

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.
There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!
Nanopaprika is always looking for new partners, if you have any idea, contact me at editor@nanopaprika.eu
