i know that nanomachines are also known as molecular machines.

but molecular machines are dna, proteins, polysaccharides......

my confusion is that are man made nanomachines exist in today's world..

if yess, just name it,

and from where i can grab appropriate information about nanomachines....

ok, not always biomolecules but i still don' know a man made nanomachine which can do a particular work on it's own.
