Welcome

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.

There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Dr. András Paszternák, founder of Nanopaprika

Dear members,
I would be requiring the below listed instruments to analyse my samples.
can any one in the forum provide the necessary information regarding this issue, preferably within India.
it would be of great help for my work.

1. DLS - Dynamic Light Scattering
2. DSC -Differential Scanning Calorimetry
3. FTIR -Fourier Transform Infrared
4. ITC -Isothermal Titration Calorimetry
5. NMR -Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
6. SEM -Scanning Electron Microscopy
7. TG -Thermogravimetric analyses
8. XRD - X-ray diffraction

Which kind of information?
sir,
i would like to know the labs which contains these instruments, so that i can analyse my sample with atleast 5 of the above listed instruments if i am permitted. i would also like to know regarding the fee structure. It would be of great help if anyone in this group provide some information. My samples are nanopowders.

with regards,
kirupa.k
Dear kirupa Krishna,

I know where you can hire some of the instrument:

DLS : NCL, Pune

Rather than going for TEM and XRD separately you can do it in the TEM incorporated with EDS
you can find this in
IOP: Bhubaneswar, Orissa
SAIF, IIT Mumbai
Dept Of Physics : IIT Delhi
you can also find some of the instrument mentioned by you in DST SAIF centers

With regards

YL. Bala
