Difference between impedance analyser and LCR meter subject to measurement of characteristics of nanoparticles..

Can anyone clearly suggest me the differentiation.. Why to use an
impedance analyzer to characterize instead of the LCR meter? What are
the parameter that can be measured using impedance analyzer?
Any difference in the range of frequency or quality? Any elaborate explanation kindly mail me.
