Characterization of Nanoparticles

Hello everyone,

I started working with synthesis of nanoparticles and characterization. I would like to know about scannig probe microscopes system because I need to buy one. I have been searching some models in Veeco (Multimode, Innova, Caliber...) and I have some quotes for this equipment from this company. Do you know specific things I should consider in order to buy a SPM? Or do you recommend me a specific one?.

    which type of nano particles and size (avg) ? before using spm

      Mainly is for oxides, like ZnO, ZrO2, Fe2O3 and also for ceramics and nanoclays.
      Which brand is recognized? Do yo have any suggestion with which other suppliers can I get in contact with?
