    I am an student of M.Tech 2012-14 batch in nanotechnology at NIT Kurukshetra .Can I apply for the Ph.D. program ?

    Valid GATE/NET score is essential to enroll their name for the PhD programme. However, the candidates having 70% (or above) in Master level may also apply for this position.
