  • Respected Sir,

I am Sajid Babu.N from University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala. Presently I am working as Technical officer in Department of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, University of Kerala. My Ph.D. degree was awarded in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Department of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, University of Kerala. The title of my Ph.D. thesis is “OPTICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF CERTAIN NANOSTRUCTURED COMPOUND SEMICONDUCTORS”. Presently, I am managing thermal evaporation unit, UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer, FTIR Spectrophotometer, Stylus Profilometer, Fluorescence Spectrophotometer and Solar simulator. Now I would like to continue my research work as a Post Doc Fellow in the area of solar cells. I request you to inform me if any position available.

    With regards,
    Dr.Sajid Babu.N
  • Respected Sir,

With due respect I wish to introduce myself I Dr. Md Shahbaz Alam, as a researcher in the field of nanoscience and technology, particularly in the field of diamond like carbon (DLC) thin films and carbon nanostructure along with related areas. I am working in the above field during the last four years. The title of my Ph.D. thesis is “Synthesis and characterization of nanostructure diamond like carbon thin films” and I have completed my Ph.D. in April, 2019.

I have expertise in synthesis and characterization of diamond like carbon, metal (silver, copper) and non-metal (silicon) doped DLC in thin film forms on soft (PET, PDMS) and hard (silicon, glass) substrate by physical route such as Radio frequency reactive sputtering technique, Direct Current Plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (DC-PECVD) process, radio frequency Plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (RF-PECVD)  technique as well as chemical route – chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique. Structural/morphological characterizations of the grown films are investigated by FESEM, AFM and HRTEM. The compositions and chemical binding energy of the deposited thin films have been analyzed by X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The optical properties of the films are analyzed by UV-Vis-NIR, Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) and RAMAN Spectroscopy.

I am seekin for post docotorate position. Can you please help me Respected Sir.

    Thank you so much

    Best

    Shahbaz

    Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition
Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) is a chemical vapor deposition process used to deposit thin films from a gas state (vapor) to a sol…
