-Am a New Student want to Start a Career in NanoElectronics.
-I want to do MS in NanoElectronics and NanoPhotonics.
-Please advice on the Department to select 
- like robotics a lot 
-pls guide me !!

    You can study in Chemical Engineering department at Lamar University.

    The Institute of Nanotechnology has an online directory of Nano, Enabling, and Advanced Technologies (NEAT) Post-graduate Courses. You might want to check it out. I know that we have several nanoelectronics courses listed. Please see -

    You can do MS in nanoelectronics from SRM university which has a great research lab.
