Of all the new technologies currently impacting our world, the one that may just have the most powerful long-term consequences is one we cannot even see. That is nanotechnology. Nano has kind of snuck up on us. When it's talked about, it's generally referred to as something that is still pie in the sky – years, or decades, or even centuries off.
