WHILE

THE USA IS CONTEMPLATING THE SENDING OF REPS TO RENDER A PRESENTATION ON NANOMATERIALS SAFETY DATA SHEETS REPORTING TO A UNITED NATIONS DELEGATION MEETING OF SUBCOMMITTEE OF EXPERTS ON THE GLOBALLY HARMONISED SYSTEM OF CLASSIFICATION AND LABELLING OF CHEMICALS. THE WORKING GROUP ITSELF LACKS DATA TO CREATE A SEPARATE NM HAZARD CLASS.
