The specific aim of this forum is to present to selected investors (Business Angels, Venture Capitalists, ...) some investment opportunities in business ideas based on nanotechnologies.

> - Early stage or more mature business opportunities using nanotechnologies
> - The development of the technology has to be or to have been funded at least partly by the EC (FP6 or FP7 programs for instance).

> As an industrial party developing technologies, we are kindly asking you to submit to us your best business opportunities. We will select the most promising ones (criteria will include among others the maturity of the project, the potential to raise interest from private investors, the added value of the business opportunity for the customers), give support to the selected opportunities on how to present it to investors, and organize face to face meetings at the investor forum which will be held in Spring 2012 (see the attached timeline).

> We would be very pleased to see you participate to this event. To do so, please submit your best ideas of business opportunities before the 31st of October to dominique.lauper@innobridge.com, in the form of a short (about 2 pages) document including:
> - A description of the business opportunity
> - A financial plan
> - A description of the market and of the added value you will bring to customers
> - A SWOT analysis of the business opportunity

> If you have any question, don't hesitate to contact the member of the selection committee the closest from you (see the attached composition of the selection committee)

> Of course, we will consider your proposals as strictly confidential, they will not be communicated outside of the NanoCom project and they will not be used in any other purpose than the selection of the best one for this investor forum.
