Selective mass production of carbon nanotubes by using multi-layered and multi-electrodes AC arc plasma reactor

 

 

         A new type of reactor with large-volume and high-temperature arc generated bytwelve-phase alternative current power supply has been developed to apply to synthesis ofcarbon nanotubes. The most important advantage of this reactor allows offering the suitableareas for different synthesizing conditions; therefore, it can be realized selective massproduction of carbon nanotubes in high yields and high purity.
