thanks for posting the openings.....
Dear Dr. Nagah Allam,
thanks for giving time to my application, I am BHARAT BHUSHAN SHARMA from INDIA. I have done my Masters in Nanoscience and Technology and Bachelors in Electronics and Communication. I am very interested for this position and want to work at your research institute.
About my all Masters Thesis work just Highlights I am trying to cover here:: Firstly, I have used the the techniques RF Magnetron Sputtering Technique to deposit Iron Catalytic Thin Film on Silicon substrate of different thicknesses 2 nm, 4nm, 8 nm. I also used Dip-Dry method for the deposition of catalyst on the substrate Si, Quartz the sputtered samples were in range 2 nm, 4 nm, 8 nm & used characterization technique such as FESEM, HRTEM, SPM (AFM analysis), XRD, XRR, Raman Spectroscopy. I have studied all the characterized results and deduced results from that. I was able to grow Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNTs) and also work able to achieve Dense Growth including at edges also & (with Average diameter of 56 nm & 71 nm on different samples) & length was in the range 10-20 μm range after doing the analysis. I used HRTEM to know about the number of walls MWCNTs.
I just want to add that I have also done couple of experiments CVD based growth of Graphene using Cu foil as catalyst, although not successful confirmed after FESEM characterization, I have also done literature survey on related to growth of Graphene and also studied the Raman Spectroscopy how it differ from CNTs.
I want to say that I am more than 1-Year clean Room working experience at the Solid State Physics Laboratory as Research Trainee in (New Delhi) while my Thesis work. I am having full hands on Experience in handling LPCVD for controlling the Growth of Nanomaterials and synthesizing them.
I can assure you hard-working capability and please let me know if you any further explanation is required by my side.
I have sent the email on your email account in the given time frame. Please let me know if more information required by side
Warm Regards,
Bharat Bhushan Sharma
