Position summary:

We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher for a two-year position to conduct research in atomic resolution imaging and spectroscopy. The position will be formally located in the School of Physics, Monash University, Australia, but will involve extensive collaboration with the Monash Centre for Electron Microscopy, and the Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics group at the University of Melbourne. The project will also involve collaborative work with colleagues in the UK, USA, Europe and Japan.

In this role, you will conduct research in experimental and/or theoretical aspects of atomic resolution electron microscopy at the highest international levels and translate research outcomes into high impact publications, present results at major conferences and assist in the supervision of PhD and final year undergraduate students.
