The Nano Engineering Laboratory in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at Case Western Reserve University is seeking to fill a short-term (12 month) post-doc position focused on the development of an innovative micro-fabricated ionic wind pump array for thermal management applications. We have already completed extensive work on the device and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced post-doctoral researcher to finalize the design, build new devices, address issues of reliability and characterize device performance. The qualified candidate will have micro-fabrication experience and knowledge of both electrical engineering and thermal science.
