Applications are invited for the position of one Junior Research Fellow @ Rs 16000/- p.m in a Department of Science and Technology (DST) sponsored project on “Andreev transport in low dimensional (1D/2D) systems”. The post is initially for one year and likely to be extended for five years, subjected to the financial approval from DST. The candidate should be M.Sc. in Physics or M.Tech. in Materials Science/Electronics Engg./Electrical Engg. and should have qualified NET/GATE with consistently good academic record (at least 60% marks in M.Sc./M.Tech). Upper age limit is 28 years with 5 years relaxation for Female/SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates. Candidates selected for this project may register for Ph.D. if found suitable as per IIT (BHU) rules.
