National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut has opened admissions for its Master of Technology (M.Tech) programme, for the academic session commencing in 2014.

Programmes offered:

• Civil Engineering
• Computer Science and Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Nano Science and Technology

Eligibility criterion:

The applicant should possess a B.Tech / B.E degree in relevant discipline with at least 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/ST) marks from a recognised university.

Applicants from the sponsored category should a minimum experience of two years at the time of applying for the programme and must be sponsored by their employers.

Selection procedure:

The applicants will be selected for admission on the basis of their performance in written test and personal interview.

Application fee:

The applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs 600/- in form of demand draft drawn in favor of "Director NIT Calicut", payable at State Bank of India, NIT Calicut Branch (code no 2207).
