Some scientists hold that the international stock market use of the work of the three 1994 Nobel Prize winners for economic (entropic) mathematics. brought about the collapse of the Soviet Union and is now collapsing the global financial system. Nanotechnology has shown that carbon has functions pertaining to a neg-nentropic reality compatible to the workings of David Bohm's holographic Universe. Supra-technologies have been envisioned from such knowledge, technologies that cannot function within the 20^th Centuries entropic world-view. Sir Martin Rees wrote, the British Astronomer Royal, wrote that the greatest threat to human survival during the 21st Century was (entropic) nanotechnology.
