NanoPharma and Trans2Care will present their studies on Wednesday, 27th and Friday, 29th November
«A nanomedicine is a product made of at least two components: the drug and an excipient as carrier». The workshop Innovative Medicine (27th November, afternoon), organized by the Italian Nanopharmaceutical Network, will focus on cancer treatment, drug delivery to brain and advanced ophthalmic therapies. It is intended for pharma and biomedical researchers, pharmaceutical companies managers, administrators and product responsible, patients associations and communication leaders.
The objective of Trans2Care, the Transregional Network for Innovation and Technology Transfer to Improve Health Care, is to streamline the passage from fundamental research studies to the final users, who are industries, public health services and even the general public. Its workshop Medicine for Nanotechnologies - Nanotechnologies for Medicine (29th November, afternoon) will outline the results obtained so far, and will focus on possible collaborations with nanotechnologists.
