The research of the PhD students will focus on the engineering of various materials for electronic applications and will include:
- the synthesis of materials by pulsed laser deposition (piezoelectrics, oxides on silicon)
- the determination of the functional properties of materials and the relations with their structure and chemical composition.

Requirements
- background in chemistry, physics or a related field,
- a very good master-level degree or a completed science master's degree,
- a very good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written,
- no more than 5 years have passed after the candidate`s graduation.

Applicants from all countries are invited to submit their applications.
