The nano group (www.nano.ecs.soton.ac.uk/) at the School of Electronics and Computer Science , University of Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate for a PhD project in nanoelectronics or nanotechnology. Several possible projects are available depending on the interests of the candidate. The University host a state of the art nanofabrication centre (www.southampton-nanofab.com/) and the candidate will have full access to these facilities.

Due to funding restrictions, the studentship is fully funded for three years for a UK/EU student.
