Do you use sputtering for depositing ITO? or any transparent film

yaaa... i have etched the ITO with hydrochloric acid and iron chloride. i'm afriad, i don't have the photos of the sample. i would like to fabricate the OLED in next week. if i do this work in next week, then i will send the photos.
