From explaining nanotechnology to deciphering it and then informing about the benefits of this new technology, the magazine is now focusing on the applications derived out of nano for industrial as well as commercial use.

In its endeavour to provide information that can be used, Nano Digest as ventured into publication of information books. As part of this exercise, Nano Digest is publishing The Handbook on Nano Education 2014.

This will be a comprehensive, authentic and indepth guide for all those who want to understand what is happening in Nano education in India. The handbook will give information as to which institute/university/college is what kind of nano course is being offered, eligibility criteria, important dates to remember and contact information.

"The Handbook will be a wonderful information source for all the people who want to understand what kind of courses are available, where to study and how they can get into it. This is huge exercise that we have taken up and we are inviting all institutes, colleges and universities to share their information. We are hopeful of releasing this book in June end," says Nano Digest Chief Editor, K Jayadev.

In fact June end also marks this 6th Anniversary of Nano Digest and they intend to come out with this handbook during that time.

"This handbook will be not only useful for students, parents and institutes, but also companies and R&D centres because they will be able to use this book to source manpower. Manpower in nanotech sector is something that has become a challenge for industry and we will be able to help them with this Handbook," points out Publisher K Hari Prasad.
