TI 950 TriboIndenter®

The TriboIndenter is a stand-alone, automated, high-throughput instrument designed to support the numerous nanomechanical characterization techniques developed by Hysitron. TI 750 Ubi™


The TI 750 Ubi series is designed for dedicated materials applications providing maximum performance. This stand-alone instrument provides quantitative nanomechanical characterization within a compact, single platform adapted to the customer's needs.

The PI 95 and PI 85 PicoIndenter instruments from Hysitron  are the first full-fledged, depth-sensing indenters capable of direct-observation nanomechanical testing in transmission electron   (PI 95) and scanning electron (PI 85 and PI 87) microscopes.    This enables e-correlation of TEM/SEM image and quantitative load-displacement data in-situ.
