Applications are invited for a fully funded Ph.D. studentship in Nanotechnology. Successful candidate will work on the research topic entitled, “Correlating the Toxicity of Zinc Oxide Nanowires with Life Cycle Changes in Physical and Chemical Properties”under the supervision of Dr Thierry Maffeis.

This scholarship is jointly funded by Swansea University and Université Grenoble-Alpes, with the successful candidate being supervised by Dr Thierry Maffeis.

The Swansea University provides modern educational and research environments that will enable students and researchers to face current challenges and to focus on knowledge as a principle driving force for development.

Applicants who are proficient in communicating in both English and French are highly desirable.

Course Level: Studentship is available for pursuing Ph.D.programme.

Eligibility: Candidates should hold a 2:1 or above at undergraduate level and/or a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area, such as Physics, Biology or Engineering.
