A Postdoc in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with established knowledge on complex fluids is required. The candidate will be in charge of assisting the development of hybrid-parallel codes for CFD, based on the coupling between Lattice Boltzmann models (LBM) and viscoelastic models. He/she will then perform numerical simulations in complex geometries to characterize the effects of confinement and viscoelasticity on the stability properties of thin films, micro- and nano-droplets, and on the collective behaviour (the rheology) of many droplets.
