We are a globally recognizes and emulated producer of high caliber Sapphire. Due to a rapid increase in demand and a great future outlook for our products, we are currently seeking a Crystal Growth Process Engineer to focus on the development of new materials and process improvement.

Ideal candidates will be responsible for the growth of large scale sapphire crystals as a key player between R&D and Production Environments. Successful applicants will be highly capable problem solvers and introduce process improvement techniques for day to day operations.


What you will be doing:

- New technology research and development (Off-site laboratory work)
- Expand/improve the crystal growth methods
- Design, maintain, and operate crystal growth equipment.
- Optimize and create new growth processes for thin films and bulk crystals to improve quality, yield, and throughput.


Must have skills and Qualifications:

- B.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics
- Experience working in a laboratory environment
- Epitaxy or Micro/Nano Fabrication
- Basic Crystallography
- Ability to conduct independent experiments


Pluses:

- Metrology experience
