This conference will be one of the big International meetings exclusively dedicated to Nanofabrication, Graphene, Liquid Crystals, Bio-Polymers, Natural Polymers, Bio-Materials their Blends, Hybrid Nanocomposites, and smart device based spectroscopic applications. The conference will be extremely useful in the sense that it will be attended by hundreds of Chemists, Physicists, Technologists and Engineers, making it a truly interdisciplinary conference. The goal of the conference emphasizes multidisciplinary research on processing, morphology, structure, properties and applications of high yield semiconducting nanomaterials and their blends, liquid crystals composites, nanocompostes, from macro to nano scales and their applications in medicine, automotive, civil, chemical, aerospace, computer and marine engineering.

This symposium will bring together a panel of highly-accomplished experts in the field of Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Materials Science and Spectroscopy.Talks will encompass basic studies and applications and will address topics of novel issues.  During the two-day conference, we will listen to recognized authorities in the field as they discuss recent advances, difficulties, and breakthroughs in the field of smart and electronic nanomaterials and their novel applications. The conference will feature keynote addresses, a number of plenary sessions, invited talks and contributed lectures focusing on specific tenets of Materials Science, Nanofabrication, Nano-Biotechnology and Spectroscopy. Additionally, there will be several poster and oral sessions, and four best poster presentations will be selected for the award.

In view of your excellent contributions to the field, we would like to welcome you to give an invited talk at the conference.  The scientific committee of the conference is aware of your published works in this field. We would appreciate if you could e-mail us a one-page abstract of the talk (in the MS Word format) at the earliest to the conference Email ID: physics@saveetha.ac.in (Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 25^th November,2018 and Registration form for the confirmation of accommodation of outstation participants. The deadline for the submission of full paper is 5^th December,2018). An appropriate title could be decided by you.

We also have got acceptance from River Publishers (www.riverpublishers.com) and  Apple Academic Press, USA (www.AppleAcademicPress.com). All the papers for the journals and for the books will be peer reviewed by international experts before publication. The proposed book and journals are indexed by Scopus database.

Brain Storming Discussion Meeting On Joint Projects and Collaborations (HORIZON 2018)

During the conference there will be a brain storming discussion meeting in order to submit  a joint project proposals to European Union under the “HORIZON 2018”  programme for funding between India,  Europe and Rest of the world.  We  will also discuss  other bilateral research progrmmes between DST, UGC, INSA and DBT of India and Rest of the world.  Please note that DST of India has signed bilateral agreement with almost all the countries in the globe. These include DST-NSF, DST-DAAD, DST-DFG, DST-KBN, Indo-French (CEFIPRA), DST-NSF, DST- Australia, Indo-Japan, Indo-Brazil, etc. This conference will act as a good platform to find partners for  international research collaborations. 

Business to Business (B2B) Industries Interaction

We will bring many companies from India and abroad to have strong Business to Business (B2B) Industries Interaction. This will open up new collaborations, joint ventures, technology transfer between multinational, medium scale and small scale industrial units across the globe.

On the last day of the conference a panel discussion will be held to sum up the deliberations of the conference.

Registration Fee

Please note that the registration fee has been fixed at an affordable rate. The registration fee includes registration materials, conference proceedings, all lunches, dinners, refreshments, the special conference dinner and free entry to the traditional cultural programmes of Kerala and an exciting sightseeing boat trip in the Backwaters of Kerala and Vembanad Lake.  Please note that due to budgetary constraints, we are unable to provide any financial assistance for travel. All the speakers are requested to pay the registration fees since we have funding limitations.  The following is the registration fee schedule till 30^th November, 2018. Those who register after 30^th November,2018 have to pay an additional amount as the registration fee.

Conference Venue

The conference will be held at Nalli Arangam, Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu in India. The city of Chennai in Tamilnadu has a large number of excellent hotels. Chennai city is the most famous for Merina beaches, and Mohabolipuram temples. The hotels at Chennai are relatively inexpensive.
