Central University of Punjab, Bathinda has invited applications for scholarships to Masters programme at the University. Interested, eligible candidates can submit the applications online by June 5.

The programmes that offer scholarships:

Master of Philosophy (M.Phil)
Master of Technology (M.Tech)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Scholarship details:

Scholarships will be available to students who are unable to receive final assistance from any other source.

During M.Phil: Rs 5, 000 per month

Contingency during M.Phil:
Science stream- Rs 10, 000 per annum
Humanities- Rs 8, 000 per annum

During M.Pharm/ M.Tech: Rs 8, 000 per month

Eligibility criteria:

For candidates opting for M.Tech programmes: Candidates willing to take scholarships for this programme are required to have acquired B.Tech/ BE in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised University.

Candidates should have gained at least 55 per cent marks in either of the aforementioned programmes.

Candidates should also have a valid GATE score.
