Education task The candidate is expected to significantly contribute to the teaching activities within the Bachelor program Physics and within the internationally oriented, interdisciplinary Master program on ‘Bioelectronics and Nanotechnology’. Research mission The candidate will carry out experimental research in the field of bioelectronics/biosensors with special focus on the design and implementation of new concepts for advanced biosensor applications, starting from fundamental physical and chemical principles. As head of the biosensor group, he/she will take responsibility to further develop existing research lines, together with other imo-imomec groups, towards new design concepts in biosensing. |

Diploma Doctoral degree in sciences (physics, chemistry) or applied sciences (or equivalent). |
Employment A permanent appointment after a trial period of 3 years. |
