A Cosmic Gathering of Eagles

It is my pleasure to announce that there has been a New Social Network Site put up in memory of Dr. Richard E. Smalley, who was a close friend and confidant. We loved to share our thoughts about the larger picture of how Nanotechnology will transform our own planet and beyond. The name of the new group is ” Cosmic Nanonauts Mission Control

I guess you could say we were the grandfathers that urged NASA to escalate their Space Medicine program to look very closely at what Nano had to offer. Now we have NanoSpace Medicine.

Rice University has named ” The Richard E. Smalley Institute for Nanoscale Science & Techno...” in his memory. You can learn a lot by just visiting the site.

It is the purpose of Mission Control to maintain a high integrity level with all of our members. If it is just a curiosity or if you are a serious participant in nano, you are welcome to learn more and spread the word.

We are at a point in time and space to where the whole of humanity needs to be aware of the breakthroughs and implications that this disruptive technology is having on us as humans, our planet, and beyond into our Galaxy.

More will be added to the site ASAP, but I wanted to let you know that it’s time has come, so let’s get the show moving onward.

Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated. Hope you enjoy! I’ll cya in cyberspace. :-)

Welcome - about us

Welcome! Nanopaprika was cooked up by Hungarian chemistry PhD student in 2007. The main idea was to create something more personal than the other nano networks already on the Internet. Community is open to everyone from post-doctorial researchers and professors to students everywhere.

There is only one important assumption: you have to be interested in nano!

Nanopaprika is always looking for new partners, if you have any idea, contact me at editor@nanopaprika.eu
