Post-Doctoral Fellow/Research Associate/Visiting Scholar - The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

The appointee will manage academic and industrial projects, design and carry out experiments on product and process engineering, and also conduct advanced materials research such as inorganic/organic materials synthesis, coating, and conceptual product and process design.

Applicants should have a PhD degree (for Post-doctoral Fellow/Research Associate) or a research-based master’s degree (for Visiting Scholar) in chemical engineering, chemistry, material science, nanotechnology or a related discipline.  Applicants with knowledge about inorganic/organic synthesis or process system engineering are preferred.

Applicants should have an eagerness to learn and a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Good laboratory skills are a must. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)
