"thank you for your reply.... But that is possible for in vivo experiment and cell cultures to certain extent... but what if i use lymphocyte for short period of time, in vitro...... could you please help"

"DNA has its own mechanism to repair itself so do body have. that is why during these type of experiment after dosing some days of recovery period is suggested."

"hi am working on nanotoxicity (genotoxic) effects, and am getting a dose reponse (showing an initial increase in DNA damage and then a decrease)..... and i do not have proper explanation........ could any one help???"
