My research field or area of interest innanotechnology
My PhD thesis is related to development of a new suitable strategy that will enable to increase stability of cyclic tetrapyrrole based molecules against photobleaching or oxidative degradation, without any sacrifices other advantageous photophysical properties. The strategy elaborated in my PhD study may resolve one of the problems related to the fields of biophotovoltaics, biophotonics, in vivonear-infrared (NIR)imaging of cancer and photodynamic therapy, namely the poor photostability of organic dyes.
