Nice article, I too have concern over the toxic byproduct and induced side effects from chemical methods, and thats I start to work with fungi as model system for the synthesis of metal nanoparticles.

I think you can do size analysis by Zeta size analyser of a unit volume of your sample and there after the concentration of nanoparticles can be calculated from the Area under the curve (AUC) thus obtained from Size Analyzer. But please do cross…
