I have obtained M.Phil degree from the Department of Physics, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh.Thesis Title : “Structural, Optical and Electrical Properties of Pb doped CdS Thin Films Deposited by Spray Pyrolysis Technique” I was awarded both the teaching and research assistant-ships while carrying out my M.Phil Program as recognition of my performance.I started my career as a lecturer in Physics in the Department of Textile Engineering, City University, Bangladesh, since 2009– present.
My field of interest is Materials Science, in particular, in the field of thin film deposition and characterization.
